BCMR was founded in 2014 during the recent Toronto housing market boom and has evolved to become a full service design/build firm specializing in residential custom homes and interiors operating throughout the Greater Toronto Area, Muskoka Regions, and cottage country in Ontario. BCMR’s uniquely talented team is capable of providing full architectural services, facilitating necessary planning approval processes through building permit, interior spec packages, and ultimately construction management and in-house finishing trades. Our goal on every project is to provide a quality service, for quality clients, and ultimately delivering a high quality product.
Brett Vukets, B.Arch
President & Founder
Brett's passion for design developed through his years studying at the University of Southern California, graduating with a bachelor of Architecture, and grew throughout years of working in the industry. He has benefited from a breadth of professional experience working for international architecture firms and custom home builders. The culmination, of which, ultimately led to founding BCMR and becoming specialized in the custom home design and construction industry of Toronto, Muskoka, and surrounding regions of Ontario. His goal on every project is to apply a specific skill set and knowledge base for an integrated approach to architectural design and project management serving the clients best interest throughout the process.
Hamed Moussavi, M.Arch
Vice President
Originating from Iran, Hamed’s design education began with a double masters in Architecture and Architectural Technology from the University of Tehran. His early career began in the Middle East working on luxury villas and eventually his pursuit led him to Canada where he continued to specialize in the residential sector, practicing in both design and construction management. Hamed’s diverse experience has allowed him to develop a robust understanding of design detail and an ability to translate into tangible practice in the field to ensure project delivery at a high level of execution.
Vincent Nguyen, BCompSc
Lead Architectural Technologist
Coming from a software engineering background at Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, Vincent has continued his education path to become an architectural technologist in Canada with a specialization in building code. Vincent leads the design production team translating conceptual design work into developed construction drawings. Vincent brings a level of diligence and discipline to his craft focusing on the details along the way. He believes his dedication to these values produces the highest level of quality to our projects throughout the design and construction process.

Daniel King
Project Coordinator
Daniel comes from a design education background in Newfoundland leading to his early career in building and construction material sales. He developed a passion for helping his clients choose the best quality materials and design solutions to bring the vision for their custom home into reality. Daniel prides himself on prioritizing customer service working closely with clients to facilitate the selection process and execution logistics. With over 20 years experience in the construction industry, Daniel’s extensive product knowledge, attention to detail, and developed relationships with vendors allows him to effectively deliver on project requirements to meet the design and timeline needs.
Brooke Vukets, B. Comm, CHRP
Office Manager
Brooke joined the BCMR team in 2021 after a diverse career path in the healthcare, insurance and automotive industries. She obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree through the University of Guelph, majoring in Human Resources. Brooke holds the designation of Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and has also completed certificates in HR Law and Construction Law through Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
Andrew Anderson
Construction Manager
Andrew brings many years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Accurate reporting, and strong communication skills are required for Andrew’s specialty – open book project management. He seeks and coordinates the inputs of designers, consultants, trades, suppliers, local authorities and, most importantly, clients. Paying close attention to the details of budgets and schedules does not prevent Andrew from enjoying the process of turning beautiful designs into construction reality.
